A swab sample will be taken from your nose or throat. Your sample is then examined at a certified laboratory. The results of your test will be available within 24 hours.
Procedure to avail the Home Care at Care on Call services
Fill the appointment request form on the Care on Call website, and our agents will respond back. We will schedule a visiting time according to your convenience. Our highly trained team will arrive at your residence, collect samples as required by local regulations and conduct the test.
Covid-19 PCR Test Protocol for International Travellers
International travellers must hold a negative Covid-19 PCR test result before departing from Dubai. They are required to present a printed certificate from a trusted laboratory at the Airport. Dubai Airport Authorities will not pay regard to digital certificates and SMS. Covid-19 antibody tests and home testing kits are not valid for travel.
